You can save all the public stuff right now by just hitting "save as" and selecting "webpage, complete" (at least in IE). You'll get the webpage as a file and a second file with any graphics or javascript programs that are on the page.

I have no idea what the University of Arkansas's policy about data retention is, but someone who has access there should copy everything of Pavel's off their servers. Otherwise is might just disappear one day.
