Thanks. The whole of the frustration is that I'm trying to help these people, and I can't, I don't have the access/ability/knowledge to help them, and then I get yelled/snarled/sneered at. And then I go home and I don't know whether to cry or kill something. And since Mondays are particularly busy, I wind up staying home so I don't take it out on my friends. I'll toughen up shortly, I'm sure. Another couple of months.
