Greetings All,
Six weeks until St George but I wanted to announce that HG Donnegal has agreed to teach a 9ft spear class at this event. So bring out your spears, even if they aren't a full 9ft, and get ready for Lilies.
Date: May 9-11th, 2014. Site opens at 5:00p.m. Friday, May 9th, and closes promptly at 10:00a.m. Sunday, May 11th.

Location: 7C's Winery, 502 E. 560th Road, Walnut Grove, MO 65770

Site Fees: $10.00 for adults, $5.00 for ages 6-17, children under 5 get in free. There is an additional $5.00 surcharge for non-members. Site Fee includes breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Dinner will not be a traditional feast, but a "Grill Thing." Oakheart will provide the side dishes and you bring your grill items of choice.

Activities: Fighting, Calontir Steel, Archery, and Thrown Weapon's Tourneys. There will also be an Arts and Science Competition of England in any medium. Several A&S classes will be going on throughout the day. There will be an auction after dinner and a bonfire if weather permits.

Merchants: Merchants are welcome. There is no separate merchanting fee!

Pets: Pets are welcome, but must be current on vaccinations and kept on a leash at all times.

Alcohol Policy: The site is discretely wet. However, by Missouri State Law, no outside alcohol (anything not purchased at the Winery) may be brought inside the Winery building proper or onto the patio area. Anywhere else on site is allowed, (i.e. around the bonfire).
