Mathurin, The overall business risk involving a suit by abuse victims claiming that an SCA officer abused them is substantlally different than any overall business risk related to demos.The Board is always willing to do the business risk analysis. It is worth writing to the Board Ombudsman for Calontir, asking for an explanation for the rules, then once received, writing a polite and explanatory letter to the Board as a whole seeking to change the rule.
