The John Bartram thing was so fun as well as informative. And almost like a life drawing session as well as a talk.. Thank you Scott for coming up with that.

Last year when we called for sketches of the conference for the Journal we asked particularly for sketches of the Flat Irons. This year the obvious is to ask for sketches of the Castle. Naturally we want any and all sketches, but who has sketches of John Bartram? I want those!

your Journal co-editor (I was tempted to shorten that title to "co-ed", but people might look a bit askance at that)

Fabulous time. Friday, I wandered Philly and found a small exhibit in the Jefferson house that displayed Bartram's paintings AND that little moss Linnaeus named after him! What a great keynote speaker.

Thank you, Scott, Ikumi, Liz, all the organizers, presenters, workshop and field trip leaders, and Arcadia U. Also, thank all you fabulous colleagues for attending. I am already looking forward to next year!

Cheers,
Gretchen

Many thanks to Scott Rawlins and his team for a wonderful Conference!  From the keynote through the presentations and finally to the banquet all went beautifully, thanks to a great deal of very hard work as well as the exceptional cooperation of conference service people.  Well done and much appreciated, everyone.
