	Dear All,

	                    A colleague here at Queensland
Museum is accessioning a Bausch & Lomb Optical Co. camera lucida
similar to this one.

[1]

	It belonged to C.J. Pound
http://adb.anu.edu.au/biography/pound-charles-joseph-13156 [2] who
retired in 1932 and appears to be a version of Abbe's design with the
1894 filter modification, probably manufactured under licence from
Zeiss.

I suspect it is from the first quarter of the 20th century, rather
than the second.

Is anyone familiar with this sort of camera lucida? If so can you
comment on the date etc. please?

	Thanks,

	Geoff
