From what I remember, the subsequent washes were very thin and watery, and we didn't re-wet the paper.

Thanks Holly! I'm going to see if I can also track down my notes on the "Cody" method.

Hello GNSI friends,

I'm working on a painting as a homage to John Cody... but I'm having trouble with the glazes... I even looked though the handbook.

I know you start of with a spritz of water to wet the paper and let it become bone dry between washes... but do you spritz the paper again before each wash? Or work the dry paper...

I want to make sure his techniques are remembered.

Sincerely,
Cat
