The Midwest Chapter of the Society for Ethnomusicology invites students and scholars in all branches of music scholarship and related disciplines to submit abstracts for the MIDSEM annual meeting to be held from Friday-Sunday, March 24-26, 2017, at Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. The Program Committee will consider papers on any topic related to music but especially encourages those that address themes of applied/activist ethnomusicology, social justice, and community engagement/collaboration.  For the complete CFP, please see the MIDSEM Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/10704226050/
