Aaaaaaah, gouache.  Transparent watercolor yes; gouache, I don’t think so. 
Too bad. I do think it would pull pigment off in that case. But for transparent w/c I believe it would be fine. No, cannot be sprayed…

Interested to hear what others come up with.
