Seriously? How strange. Apple's own site - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208403 - says Safari 11.0.2, released Jan. 8, includes security improvements to mitigate the effects of Spectre. There are instructions for finding out what version of Safari I have (10), but no info on how to obtain the new release.
