JOB: Oakland University, music history (one-semester, visiting)

The School of Music, Theatre and Dance at Oakland University announces a one-semester, part-time position to teach undergraduate survey courses covering Romantic music to the present. We seek candidates who are dynamic teachers with research specialties in this time frame.  
Applicants must be ABD or hold a Ph.D. in musicology. Submit a letter of application, CV with contact information for references, and, if available, supporting teaching materials (e.g. teaching statement, teaching videos) to Dr. Deborah VanderLinde, Chair, Music Department: vanderlinde -at- Electronic submission is preferred. Review of applications will begin September 15, 2018. Term of position is Winter 2019 (one semester /January through April).
