Yes I am having trouble remembering where some paintings are. And it would be good to keep a track of their history. (some of my paintings have been round the block a few times!)

Hi Mali:
I use microsoft Excel. Making columns I can sort, and tracking where they are in exhibition, who I sold them to, etc.

It's not free, but something similar that is flexible, could work.
