That is what I suspected. I know I need to work on better posture, self-care etc. The link to the site is embedded in the email let me know if anyone has trouble opening it.

Fabulous suggestion, Cat. I vividly remember a GNSI conference in Colorado when a local PT scheduled a session for suffering illustrators - in a tiny little room. So many of us appeared that the session had to be relocated to a much larger venue. I look forward to seeing the book.
