If you will be in Denmark or the vicinity next week, you are warmly invited to attend the conference, "Multimodality: Illusion, Performance, Experience," at the Aarhus Institute of Advanced Studies, October 24–25. The program features an exciting multi-disciplinary slate of speakers from the fields of musicology, art history, theater, media studies, music cognition, and psychology. Dr Gustav Kuhn, Reader in Psychology at Goldsmiths University, will present the keynote address. Dr. Kuhn uses illusions and magic tricks in experimental settings to gain new insights into human psychology and perception.
