Dear All,

               Griffith University is about to deal a body blow to practical art training and facilities in Queensland. This is the last place art students have access to studios and specialist technical help in the whole state. Students need practical training in technique and also most-importantly, safely handling chemicals and equipment. James Cook University did this some time ago in Townsville and the city is the poorer for it. Once they're gone we'll never get them back.
