Hi Dorie. 

I’m so sorry to hear that. I have had none of those issues. The camera is speedy, zooms beautifully, and has very good resolution. I have absolutely no negative things to say. 

I’m wondering if it has to do with the connection or computer. I’m on a 27” iMac running High Sierra or Mohave.

I also bought the Ipevo V4K and it has a lot of lag and I can't seem to get it to work fast enough

I paid $99 from Ipevo.com. Do not order from Amazon as some sellers are trying to sell the Lis doc camera for several hundred dollars!!

My Chicago Botanic Garden classes are finally going online (thank goodness) and I am scrambling--we had been told we'd be teaching online classes from the Garden with their superior equipment, but that just changed per the governor's order.  

Can any of you wonderful experienced online instructors recommend a webcam that catches the detail that we need without being crazy expensive?  All advice much appreciated!
