I’m not familiar with the Visualizer software… but I would see if it’s possible to use the camera without it. Check the available cameras from the drop-down menu in Zoom. Google your problem (if you haven’t already) in the event that others are experiencing this and have developed a solution. Adding any software between you and your broadcast, has the possibility of slowing things down. What is your internet speed? Is anyone else using Internet while you are trying to work remotely? Is the camera directly connected to your computer or are you using a wifi connection? Hardwiring is always better (though not always possible).

I’m sorry I can’t be of more help. I’m trying to set up for a 2nd camera with remote instruction myself. And my wifi router just failed. It would be nice if things were simple.

Are you using the webcam as your ONLY camera, or are you switching between your computer cam and the web cam? I find substantial lag time when I’m using 2 cameras. If I use my camera as my sole camera, working from the Zoom app on the camera, I have no delay.

Are you using Zoom?

Is there a lag in video? Audio? Both?

Is anyone else in your house using the Internet while you are attempting to use it? Do you have surveillance cameras, or other things like Alexa that are using bandwidth?

If you are having audio lag, go into Zoom settings and disable background noise suppression. You might also try using a mic other than the mic on the webcam. Go into your Zoom options, and you can select the camera and audio sources.

I have 6mbps, which is abominably SLOW. I can use ONE camera and external mics (2 of them) on a laptop connected with wifi - with no lag. However, when I try to use a 2nd camera via my iPhone and EpocCam, I experience lag that is so extreme it is unusable. I am in the process of trying to get my internet upgraded to Comcast… but I‘m rural, and have slow DSL at the moment. Satellite is unreliable and expensive. Finally Comcast has agreed to run lines down my private drive… but I’ll believe it when it happens.
